1. Where in Europe is your store based ?

Our store and general working environment is located in Sankt Veit im Mühlkreis, upper Austria.

2. How can I pay for your products ?

We have several safe and secure methods for you to purchase our products, we mainly use pay-pal as it accepts all major Credit Cards and is focused on secure payments. 

3. Is it possible to order several identical gift packages ?

No, with us every gift is unique.

4. Is it safe to order on-line ?

Yes it is perfectly safe to order and purchase online.

5. Shipping to other EU countries?

Yes we will ship to other EU Countries and we try to include the delivery charge that reflects the destination during the process of payment.

6. Is it possible to order specialized gifts ?

Yes, the possibility is always there, the wishes of our customers are very important to us

7. How long does it take until I receive the package after placing the order ?

We send the orders with the Austrian Post immediately after the order.

8. Will I receive a confirmation of my order ?

Yes, of course. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.

9. Is it possible to add a second delivery address by paying by card ?

Yes, of course.

10. If i notice when I receive the package that it is damaged, am I entitled to a new one or a refund ?

If the package is damaged during delivery, we ask the customer to send a photo of the damage. Then we can of course compensate for damages, or both options are an option.
